Preet has worked with many clients as a Nutritionist, Therapist and Personal Trainer as well as a former NHS Mental Health worker providing evidence-based advice and designing programmes that are tailored specifically to each person’s unique requirements. Her experience ranges from Body building, teaching, and stretches across to sports and clinical health including overall fitness.
Qualifications- MSc in Sports and Exercise Nutrition, EQF Level 7 Performance Nutrition, MNU Level, Level 5 CERT. ED. in education and teaching services, Level 3 in Sports therapy and Massage Route, Level 4 Personal training and GP referral and Mental Health first Aider, Licensed Acupuncturist, Level 3 Myofascial released cupping, Manual Lymphatic Draining and Pre-Postnatal Specialist.

Skills- Sports, Clinical and Well-being Nutrition, Sports massage including injury rehab, Varied treatment therapies, Personal Training, Well-being workshops.
